I have a private site for the financial industry with 900 users, one a week or so is getting locked out. I whitelist their IP even though wordfence does not show them as blocked. I turn off the firewall portion of wordfence, and the bruteforce protection, and extended protection, none of this works.
Error thrown on login is “Invalid username or password”
If I disable wordfence they can log in fine.
Its only one or two users at a time, everyone else is having no issues.
I have 1 block set, and its a set of countries outside the USA. Our end users are not outside the usa. If i turn this off it does not help.
I checked CSF and disabled in WHM and it did not help.
I’m a CEH/CNDA so we know a bit about this stuff but are stumped. What are we missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
