    Ever since the 7.0 update the plugin has not worked. When I enter my UA manually and save it everything works fine – except I can’t access reports.

    When I go and authentic automatically and save it, I always get a message “INVALID UA CODE”.

    I filled out a support ticket on lite and got an email asking me for my UA so it could be looked into (last week), but have not heard anything back from anybody. There have been two updates since then and still nothing works, getting the same invalid UA code message when I try to save after doing the auto authentication.

    Hi there,
    We don’t have a ticket from you that I can find in our system, we’ve been responding to everyone all week. I’d recommend trying again and let me know when you do and I can take a look. Also make sure to include the UA code you are trying to use.

    Weird, because I have an email response from that initial ticket.
