Hi, something wrong happened, maybe a bug in the function of “autorenew” validity.. cause I’ve made the token around february, so I suppose recently it happened the plugin tried to renew it, but it stop working reporting an invalid token. By the way on instagram the plugin was declared registered and active.
Please have a look on it.

To solve the problem I had to delete the token from the plugin and request a new one, is this the right procedure? Cause in instagram I can’t see the token to compare.
    Thank you

Hi, thanks for answer, I don’t know if the latest version solved the problem, I’ll keep you update it it will happen again

    Hi there,
If the issue still persists, please let us know if logging out and back into your account in the plugin’s settings fixes the issue. If it doesn’t, you’ll have to follow these steps to fix the issue with the tokens.

    • Confirm your plugins are up to date
    • Remove social feed gallery app -> https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
    • Create tokens again
    • Re-create feeds, as they are created based on token’s credentials
    • Use the shortcode to display the feed where you need to
    • You might need to clean cache both on website and browser.
