Apologies for the delayed response, it appears there was something wrong with the notifications to us of new posts here

The “invalid token” appears after a while the WPAdmin KONFIRMI plugin page because we use “user session tokens” that expire. This is a security feature.

However, the widgets are IP and domain locked, and use different keys/tokens. This also is a security feature. This means that, after you have the widget connected, the widget will stay connected and secured.

We checked this on several customer websites, and on our own KONFIRMI website, and have confirmed that everything is working properly.

Which contact form plugin are you using for your website? Perhaps this is cause of the issue you are seeing
