Invalid time format

if it says ‘invalid time format’ it will display the actual row and cell where the invalidity occurs.

Can you please update the ticket with that.

Do you have any empty line between your csv rows?
I think that is causing the issue.

I have seen br Khaled’s csv, which has empty lines, which was causing the issue.

i try your comma separated values (CSV) file i mean your plugin default sample.csv not working me, i don’t why, i think i need more learn CSV https://www.lynda.com/PHP-tutorials/Exporting-Data-Files-PHP/158375-2.html

It works perfectly for me now with the latest update.

Firstly, jazakallah for making such a useful plugin. I have been searching for one for a long time to use on our masjid website.

However, after installing the plugin I am having some issues with the CSV file:

1. I downloaded the default CSV file and uploaded it to test it. It worked fine and it said “365 Rows Inserted successfully”.

2. I then tried to edit the CSV file starting with the date column. It was in the wrong format (DD-MM-YY) so I changed it to YYYY-MM-DD (but kept same default data) and saved it. However, when I closed the file and reopened it the changes were lost.

3. I then tried to change only the data for date/time (but kept default formatting) and closed/saved the file. I reopened to check and it was successful. I uploaded this file but got this error: “Invalid Date format, valid date format is YYYY-MM-DD. Found 01-01-16”

Problem: I can upload the default CSV even though the formatting seems to be incorrect. If I edit the data and formatting only the data changes will be successful, but the formatting will be lost. When I upload this file it tells me the format is incorrect. I have tried Excel 2007 and 2016 but same problem.

I would appreciate if you could please assist with this. Wasalam.

Can you please download libre office or open office and edit the csv.

Excel is trying to be too clever it seems.

Alhamdulillah seems to be working fine now. I downloaded Libre Office and amended the CSV file in line with the format requirements. It uploaded fine.
