Invalid term id

    Hi, would like to ask what could be the possible reason why the woocommerce order get INVALID TERM ID error, it is during payment collection. I get failed orders and don’t have any idea where and how to fix this kind of error.

    Hi there,

    Which payment gateway are you using for those orders and can you share a screenshot of the error in question?

    In my experience, I’ve mostly seen that error show up in relation to a plugin/theme conflict and it’s worthwhile checking to see if you’re able to replicate that error even after doing a conflict test as outlined at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
