Invalid status code

I am trying to use the Constant Contact Plugin for list sign ups and when I enter my username/password in admin all I get is “Invalid Status Code”.
I have confirmed that I am using the correct login/password for my constant contact account.
I have set up API Keys for the account. Do we log in with the API Key/Consumer Secret or just our regular login/password?
