I am getting an invalid SSL certificate when accessing the url preview link.

I am using AWS S3 and Cloudflare. CNAME is setup for cdn.domain.tld (pointing to domain.tld.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com).

I even tried your recommendation from another posting and pointing cdn to ancienttreeoflife.com.s3.amazonaws.com but with no luck.

The ssl certificate is installed on the server and has been working properly.

I have confirmed the files were uploaded to amazon

The URL Preview is not related to a real file, it’s just a preview of the URL format that will be used for offloaded media. You can’t actually us that preview URL.

Best to just check offloaded items in the Media Library itself.

    Got it!

With that said, I checked my media library and it says none of the images have been offloaded yet.

    Which I dont quite understand.

Amazon shows images loaded into the buckets but wordpress is saying nothing has been offloaded on one of my sites.

On the site site I am testing it on, the images are not even being fetched.

I am getting broken image links all over that site.

I disabled the plugin on both thinking the plugin was just old and you were no longer updating it.

But seeing as you are still supporing it here, I just dont understand.

Why would one site not indicate any offloaded images and the other not showing any of the images? Its as if the second side can not access them.

@rayeason, we’re going to need way more information in order to be able to help you with this, diagnostics, debug.log etc.

Thank you for the response but I have sense removed the plugin as I could not get it to work and do not currently need to offload images.

    Thank you.
