    Hello,

    I am using the latest version of the plugin (actually all my plugins are latest versions), and yet I came to notice this error while reviewing some orders.

    invalid sold tickets count

    any explanation?

    It looks like that, beside those 4 sold tickets, there were 2 cancelled orders.

    Could it be that the plugin wrongfully calculated the number of the sold tickets due to this behaviour?

    Hey there!

    Based on your screenshots, this appears to be correct behavior. The Orders view is a quick snapshot of how many completed sales you have, which subtracts the number of canceled purchases.

    Are you perhaps suggesting that the interface go into greater detail like the event editor?

    Hi,

    There were actually 4 successfully sold tickets (check out the Total Revenue), but there were also 2 customers that tried to sign up and the order was cancelled due to time limit on stock hold.

    So you see, the number of sold tickets should be 4, not 2.

    Just to make sure I’m understanding, is the Total Revenue amount adding the two cancelled orders into the total?

    Also, we just released an update (version 4.4) two days ago. Would you be willing to update and see if you notice an issue?
