Invalid shipping date

    Hi,

    sometimes I get the error: “Bitte geben Sie ein gültiges Sendungsdatum an.” (invalid shipping date). Do you know how I can fix this problem?

    Except for that the plugin works great! ??

    Hello,

    Can you explain how this happens exactly? Could it be that you are attempting to send shipments on Sunday which is not possible so you receive this message?

    I recognized that this error only occurs in the night (after 12 am?).

    Can you confirm that your website settings are set to German time?

    Also, did you receive my message on the fix for the street number issue?

    I have the same problem. When I try to create a label it tells me:
    “Could not create label – Bitte geben Sie ein gültiges Sendungsdatum an.”

    I am sure that the connection is right, because if I change the username or the password the error message changes.

    I would love the get a hint how to fix this.

    Does this happen at night only? Can you try during the day and confirm if it works?
