    Hi, I have a wordpress website with divi theme, woocommerce, and printful integration. I have thus far added nearly 1400 items to my website.

    Ever since I recently updated my wocommerce plugin along with printful plugin, I can’t add new items to my website. When I add a new item in Printful.com, all the images and information transfers over to my website, but isn’t synced. I get this error:

    Product was not added!

    Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access

    That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.

    I use Really Simple SSL along with a few other plugins. I have disabled them all and only left Wocommerce and Printful plugings, and still no go. I don’t know what todo?
    I have created new API and connected them successfully and Printful sees my website and my wocommerce categories, but I can’t add items.

    I’ve been passed back and forth like a soccer ball between my hosting company and printful. Please help! What can I do to fix this? I’m missing opportunities to make some sales during these hard times.

    Hi there!

    If the problem is specifically with regards to Printful, please reach out to the plugin developers directly at Support ? Plugin: Printful Integration for WooCommerce as this is not a core WooCommerce feature.

    That said, if you’re also seeing the same errors adding any new product to store, with that extension deactivated, please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report:

    * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    * Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Error Logs:

    Any errors logs you find here: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button, and copy the contents you see there, and paste them here as a response to this thread

    Thank you for the System Status Report and logs. However, I do see Printful Integration for WooCommerce: by Printful – 2.1.10 on the System Status Report, and no confirmation on if you’re having trouble adding a simple product, without any integration involved.

    Can you get back to us with more details, and the exact steps to replicate the behavior you’re seeing, please?
