Invalid products

    Hi,

    We have installed your plugin and it is ok when using Google Tag Assistant to check. However, in Google Merchant, all product status of Dynamic Remarketing are “invalid” while all the status of Google Shopping are ok. The explanation in Google Merchant is “Automatic item disapprovals due to policy violation”. Please help with thanks.

    Hi @lohongka

    If I understand correctly, your products have been disapproved in Google Merchant Center because of some policy violation.

    A policy violation cannot come from our plugin. Also I’ve checked the output of our plugin on your website. All looks good.

    You will have to troubleshoot the policy violation with the Google support directly.
