    Hi,

    After updating to latest woo commerce, repeatedly getting invalid payment method errors from Stripe.

    I have enabled live mode, have checked and reset the api keys, have ensured live and test are not mixed up, ssl certificate is ok, updated all plug-ins.

    Have had a developer on code able check, they believe it to be a error with the plug in and confirm my set up is correct.

    Any help greatly appreciated?

    Hi, Was hoping for some support with this? Myself and developer are totally at a loss as to why this is no longer working.

    Sorry it took a while to get back to you! If you haven’t fixed the problem already, can you please make sure of the following:

    • Make sure both WooCommerce and Stripe are updated to their latest versions (I know you already said you did this but please triple check)
    • Enable the log for Stripe (WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Stripe > Log debug messages)
    • Post any relevant information from the log here, specifically the latest entry. If you don’t know how to read the log, please ask your developer to copy the information for you.

    That gives us a little bit more to work with. I’ll keep an eye on this topic so you don’t go without a reply for too long.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue- Invalid payment method. Generally only one payment is available but now no order can be placed due to this error message on check out.

    Could you please support.
