Invalid Password Reset Link

I have looked over several threads about this issue, but nothing I’ve tried has seemed to work. I have enabled Custom Passwords, but it’s still not working. When I deactivate redirects, the link never loads. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Everything is running the latest updated version. The exact error is “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”
