    Hi,

So far the process of transfering a normal HTML site to a new host works and so simple to achieve. However on moving a site will SSL active is giving the error (didnt wish to display ipaddress)

Invalid parameter value for redirect_uri: Raw IP addresses not allowed: https://ourIPaddress/wp-login.php

    Process so far….
    Google cloud hosted, original site
    turned off all plugins
used plugin and downloaded file ….

created new site on google cloud and lamp, and attached ip addess for original site before both installtion of server and uploading the downloaded file.

Logged in and worked perfect, however on switching on SSL, we then try to open any page and get the error

Invalid parameter value for redirect_uri: Raw IP addresses not allowed: https://ourIPaddress/wp-login.php

Can anyone advise please, as apart from this we love it…. but we need to resolve this last part to complete the transfer.

You have to first run your website under ssl. Once you have the website running with SSL on, import the archive and it will work.
I advice that you start fresh and get a working WordPress default install under SSL.
