    I’m trying to set this up for a client. They don’t have the Salesforce API in their account, so we’re using Web-to-Lead or Web-to-Case. When they put in their Salesforce Org. ID, the plugin shows “Invalid Org ID. Please check your Org ID and try again.” The ID is 15 characters, so I used a converter to convert it to the 18-character version, but that didn’t work either. What else can we do?

    A firewall was blocking communication. After a rule was added to allow it, this worked. Thanks for helping by email!
