• We have a store with the vendor set up in WCFM dashboard. You previously provided us with code to add a print button. This used to work but something changed.

    Already found another topic and added your code: add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_repair_order_item', '__return_true' );

    but we still have the same error:

    Invalid Order: You don’t have permission to access this page. Please contact your Store Admin for assistance.

    Can you please assist?

    Is this order visible under Admin’s dashboard?

    I hope I’m understanding what you are asking. The print button is for the store vendor. They are getting the error.

    Could you please help us out? We bought the WOOCOMMERCE FRONTEND MANAGER – ULTIMATE license but are account does not allow the creation of tickets in your system.

    Kindly know me your order number.

    You have to login to the site to create support tickets.Must login using the account which you have used for WCFM Premium addon purchase.
    You will see the “My Tickets” option under My Account dashboard after login. Create tickets from there.
