Invalid order weight

From which version to which version to you update? What is the base country of your web shop?

I updated to Version 1.3.17. To be hübest I’m not sure which version it was before. I use to update the plugins as WordPress shows new updates…
Base country is Germany.

Yes, we did. But we also use to enter the parcels weight on our own while generating the label.

Edit: I also tried order weight of 1 and the error message is the same.

Can you take a screenshot of the error message and send here? Have you ever had an issue with such a small weight of “0.3 grams”?

We’ve never had any issues before the last update. The error message says like “Please enter a order weight”.

The smallest weight value allowed is 0.1 KG and you have 0.3 grams. Maybe the weight on your site was accidently changed from “KG” to “G”?

Seems like it changed somehow from kg to grams. That explains everything. Thanks a lot, I tried it again and now it worked. My fault. Thanks for your fast support and explantation!
