    Good evening and thanks for the support. Basically in the checkout there is a field that says Company Private If you make the payment as a private individual everything works. If you make the payment as a COMPANY, and using woopayments instead it does not work and there is the message that I attach, which translated is about “Invalid or missing payment details. Make sure that the payment method provided is entered correctly.” Instead the payment details are correct. Where is the problem?

    I’ll start by saying that I’ve already tried to contact woocommerce/woopayments support but it tells me to change plugins. I’d like to keep yours, but how can I solve this problem?

    It’s a problem we’ve had for months, I tried to update wordpress+plugin+theme at the time, but it kept giving an error, like now.

    Do I have to do the update again and then can I ask you? (I’m practically certain that it won’t work)

    @simonelongato Hi mate,

    I want to clarify that our plugin Checkout Manager does not have a direct influence on payment methods in WooCommerce, including payments through WooPayments. If the error message states “Invalid or missing payment details,” it may indicate a problem related to WooPayments configuration or how payment data is being submitted from the checkout page.

    the woopayments team says it is a problem with this plugin. As it only happens if there is a variable (COMPANY) set by the Checkout Manager plugin.
    They recommend changing plugins, but I would like to keep yours. But I can’t figure out where the problem is.
