When are you getting this error?

When submitting form at https://srpds.com/test/

For me it works, maybe your browser is still using the previous version of the plugin. Could you clear your temporary internet files and try again? another option is wait a little bit so your browser refresh its cache.

That was it, cleared browser, works fine.

But now getting “Invalid Request” when saving form

Oh i am not able to replicate that issue, if you already have the form open before clearing the cache you might need to refresh the screen before saving.

I am also getting this error (“Invalid nonce, please refresh your screen and try again”) on our form at https://www.bryhercampsite.co.uk/booking

Yesterday, I went in to the back end, checked for updates, cleared the cache and reloaded the page on the front end and the form went through fine.

Today, we got another complaint that someone had got this error, so I tried the form again, and got the error again.

I repeated the steps above and the form is working again now, but it feels like an intermittent bug and obviously not great if it’s going to keep happening. What could be causing this?

Some of my users get the “Invalid nonce…” message. Even the sophisticated ones who can clear cache etc. are not able to get it to stop…even rebooting, going to a second machine, and in one case, both on a mac and a pc.

The invalid nonce error can occur in several actions so please create a different thread for each one and explain when it occurs (does it occur when saving a form? when submitting an entry? when searching something in the entries screen?)

Only when they save a filled out form. It does NOT happen for me. Just some users.

Same error here, intermittent Nonce error

I has the same error, after update to new version. Please fix it

maybe it something with “submit” – because it is or don’t work or if work, submiting to long ( need more time to submit ) before update everything was fine – maybe error with that

Frustrating that the plug-in author asked us to start separate threads for each instance but has not responded!!

the author provides good support, I am a unlimited licensee and very happy with the support and the plugin in general

I wrote my review not to accuse the author – but to point out the problem in more detail, so that the author would fix it

I agree but this is business critical for us and it’s frustrating that having asked us to separate out the examples of this happening, there has been no further update
