This appears to be happening randomly. I disabled the WP-Optimize plugin, didn’t help. I enabled “Load form using Ajax” didn’t help. I disabled it. Still getting the issue but it’s not happening all the time. I have “Prevent page caching” enabled. I have debug enabled but see nothing in the log. Am I missing something? I hate to have to change to another form, as this plugin has been great to work with, but this is really problematic.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @muldari !

    Hope you’re doing well today!

This issue will sometimes happen due to caching. Forminator generates an unique number that can be used only once (nonce = number once) to prevent sending the same form multiple times. If there’s caching, this number may be “frozen” by the cache and once it’s used by someone, the next person will receive this message.

Fortunately, no need to switch – this can be resolved by visiting the form’s edit screen, Behaviour tab and enabling the Load form using Ajax option near the bottom. This way the form’s code will load dynamically and caching will not cause the nonce to be stuck.

    Warm regards,
    Pawel

After disabling the cache plugin completely and enabling the Ajax option it appears to be resolved. Thanks!!!

Well, that didn’t work after all. I entered the form page URL in the “don’t cache” and also ticked the boxes for Ajax loading and Prevent page from caching. After running a couple tests and looked like it worked, I got the same issue again. This also happened on another website using Forminator and WP-Optimize. Unfortunately, I’ve had to change to another form plugin.
