    Hello @richelle1104 !

Yes, Load form using Ajax would be the first suggestion here – but also please confirm whether you’ve cleared all the caches afterwards as the change may have not been fully applied.

Also, if you’re familiar with dev tools, can you tell if there are any errors in the Console on the page with the form?

Maybe you’re able to share a link to the page with the form as well so we can check it?

    Kind regards,
    Pawel

Seems working now .. the error is gone. Thanks anyway!

I also have this issue on a Forminator-form.
But I′m not that familiar with the problem solving named above:
    I have enabled Ajax
    Method
Choose whether you want to use AJAX

But that doesn′t seem to do the trick.
How do I cean the cache?

Another site gave an option to enable ESI? How do I do that?

    Many thanks,
    Bart

BTW: It works fine on my computer but apparently not on anyone elses computer

Or do I have to activate both options under Rendering?

    Hi @zwedenadvies

You can enable both, but it may be related to browser caching too if the user has the cached version on the local browser if it works for you.

However, per forum rules we don’t spam the thread starter, can you please create a new topic and we can take a look at your case?

    Best Regards
