‘Invalid Nonce’ page shown after registration to Ultimate Member

Hi,

The registration page of my site redirects me to an ‘Invalid Nonce’ page after the form is submitted or when an error is made on the form. It used to show error messages for the fields that were incorrect, and submitted when the form was input correctly (like any form should) but recently it has not been working at all and just redirects me to an ‘Invalid Nonce’ page. I tried downloading the W3 Total Cache plugin to stop the register page from caching and it worked to start with, and it is now not working again.

I have spent ages trying to figure this out so any help at all will be much appreciated.
