• I updated the Ultimate Member plug in this morning and now totally locked out of our site. Each time I log in I get invalid nonce error. This has been happening randomly for over a month and now it’s a permanent problem. Can someone who created this plug in resolve this situation? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

    Hi @spowell16,

Do you have any security plugins installed?
You can disable Ultimate member via FTP if you can’t login to your WordPress Dashboard.
Here is the doc on how to disable Ulitmate member plugin.

Please also do quick conflict test after you can login to your dashboard.

Our network person restored from a backup so that we could get back in. We disabled our cache plug in, re-did the update and are able to get back in but still getting the invalid nonce error every other time we log in so there is a glitch with your plug in that we cannot figure out.

    Hi @spowell16,

What version of the WordPress you have installed on your website?
Have you disabled all plugins except Ultimate member and switched to the default theme?

    Let us know.
    Regards.

Wordpress version 5.5 and yes when I was investigating the original invalid nonce issue I disabled all other plug ins however the invalid nonce is still an issue, which has been ongoing since two updates ago.
