“invalid name”-error despite removal of said files

    Hello,
    I am trying to create a backup of my website’s data including wp-content. During scan Duplicator reports two “invalid name”-errors for files called “blob-1” and “blob-3” (no filetype ending). I removed the file via FTP, it is no longer in the folder. Still Duplicator complains about the faulty name… I have cleaned caches in the backend and the browser, logged out and back in.
    If I run the “Scan Validator” from Duplicator’s Tools there is no issue reported.
    Why is that happening?

  • Hey @midway88,

    You might try to restart apache web-server if you have access to do so. PHP can sometimes hold onto file scans for a while. If you want to submit a support ticket for this issue I can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this thread when submitting the ticket.
