Everything was fine with this plugin till recently I have noticed my blog doesn’t load well on mobile. I tried opening amp urls on google search console too and it is not working fine. I can see after the latest update, it has added 2 new tabs and showing lots of markup errors. I am a non techie and I dnt know whether I should remove the errors which amp plugin is suggesting or not. In preview, I see when I remove those errors, my site’s whole outlook changes and ruins. What is the solution? Isn’t there an easy way for non techies to get this fixed?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Also my featured area of homepage has disappeared. I dnt know by trying to fix the issue or something.

@sandzee33987 The theme you are using is not AMP compatible, meaning features built with custom JavaScript will not work in AMP by default.

As your AMP mode is in standard I can’t compare between your amp/non AMP. To resolve the featured images and other AMP validation errors you’ll need to either make some programmatic changes, talk to your theme developer, use an AMP compatible theme or remove the features not compatible with AMP.

Hi! I tried a lot of themes. Right now, I am using an amp compatible theme recommended by an seo expert. But one thing I’m constantly noticing that this plugin is not compatible with most of the very common plugins. It is pointing out css errors in wordpress core files too. We can’t change everything. Yesterday, I tried those changes and that broke my blog. Even if a developer makes changes once, he can’t change all plugins’ coding as you know plugins and wordpress continue to update. We can’t do this everytime. The theme i was using was compatible with amp. Google showed everything oki in search console too. This recent updation in amp messed up everything. Now I have to fix my entire site. Kindly provide everyone with a fix which is easy for us to implement.

@sandzee33987 Unfortunately there are plugins which are not yet AMP compatible. In many cases they are as a result of custom JavaScript functionality, with is a limitation of the AMP framework, not specific to the AMP plugin.

Totally understood about having to update the incompatible plugins yourself. In those cases I’d suggest contacting the plugin developers, or checking for AMP valid alternatives.
