Invalid mailbox syntax is used.

    I have gone through the forum and can’t this stupid error sorted out. I have also followed the instructions on the developer’s plugins website and I am now going round in circles.

    What is actually wrong with the following code below that is giving me this error ‘Invalid mailbox syntax is used.‘:

    From Reply to: [text* your-name] <[email* your-email]>

    Driving me up the wall now…..

    I have read everything that has been suggested and it still doesn’t work. This plugin use to work and now it doesn’t, the instructions don’t make sense.

    This particular website hasn’t been updated in years so when it was there was shortcodes in places where they shouldn’t be…..why after updating the plugin?

    I have spent many hours on this and now I need to move on.

    I just deactivated it, deleted it and reinstalled it and the problem fields are completely different to what I originally had from when it was first installed.

    It’s obviously been changed over the years so the old setting don’t work.

    Now I need to fix all my other websites.

    Re-reading all the suggestions and instructions wouldn’t have helped here.
