    Cannot get hold of the plugin creator

    We have deactivated a domain to move the license but still get the error message “invalid license key”

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    @fierevere – it appears that whomever is supposed to be monitoring this support forum is absent and a totally different company / website is “in charge of” the Pro version. But the support links and contact form on that site are defunct. https://codeparrots.com/support/

    despite pro support can be absent or broken,
    commercial support should happen elsewhere of wordress.org forums.

    It is not our responsibility to maintain integrity of links on plugin vendor sites and provide support for commercial products.
    Only free plugins and themes hosted in www.remarpro.com repositories are supported on www.remarpro.com forums.
