Invalid License Code for MyBookTable

I upgraded to the the Professional version of the MyBookTable app but when I enter the license code, it says it’s invalid. I copied it from the confirmation email and tried again using the code directly from the Gumroad library and both are being denied. When I visited the Help section, it said I had to purchase another upgrade to access direct support, separate from the forum (which didn’t address this particular issue).
Stormhill Media’s site says: “Please have all your MYBOOKTABLE plugin support needs to go through your plugin support and follow the directions on the Paid Support Links.” The problem is that since my license code isn’t being accepted, it’s not recognizing me as a paid client and therefore prompts me to pay again (which I don’t want to do) in order to submit a help request.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
