Invalid Key on Password Reset

    Whenever I try to reset my password, I receive the “Reset your Password” email, but when I open the link, it takes me to a page that says “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.” The URL on this page ends in “/password-reset/?updated=invalidkey”. Please advise.

  • Pinging here as well, having the same issue with a client. We’re getting Invalid Key when users try to reset their passwords.

    I contacted my host (WPEngine) and they had to manually add some cache exclusions because I was also using WooCommerce on my site. Once they did that, everything worked fine.

    Thanks @bublitzcreative I am with WP Engine as well and had them add the cache exclusion specifically to the password reset URL and all is working again.
