Invalid Key Format error

    I am trying to get this setup on my site but when I click save of the form connection the error I get is invalid Key format. Not sure what else to do, I created the key in my OSTICKET installation with teh IP address of the site where the form resides, but don’t see any other settings that I can update.

    it appears copy and paste from the OSTicket user interface was adding a space to the end of the key. Once I deleted the space at the end, it saved successfully.
