    Hi @luke1990,

I have a problem with plugin probably – Jetpack. I have some error like that: Warning: “Invalid Jetpack option name”.?

Firstly, could you please let us know where you are seeing these errors? Do you have a screenshot of that as well? If so, please share them with us.

That said, I would suggest checking if the Jetpack plugin is updated to the latest version, as outdated versions can cause unforeseen issues.

The thing is when I even try to disconnect the plugin and try to connect again, there is no possibility, because I can not even click anything. Each buttons don’t work.?

This could be a JavaScript issue caused by a plugin or theme conflict. A good troubleshooting step would be to temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One and deactivate all other plugins except Jetpack.

Then, see if the issue persists. If the issue resolves, reactivate each one by one to identify the culprit. We have an in-depth guide on that here: https://jetpack.com/support/troubleshooting-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/.

Let us know how that goes!

    Hi @luke1990,

Thank you for patiently waiting for our response and for sharing more details and screenshots. From what I can see, the issue appears to be a conflict with the Google Listings and Ads plugin, which is indicated in the error messages on your dashboard.

Here’s a step-by-step approach to help resolve this:

    1. Deactivate Google Listings and Ads Plugin: If you’re unable to interact with the dashboard, you might need to access your site via FTP or your hosting file manager. Navigate to the wp-content/plugins directory, find the folder for the Google Listings and Ads plugin, and rename it. This will deactivate the plugin.
    2. Clear Caching: After you’ve deactivated the plugin, clear any caching on your site and browser to ensure you’re not seeing a cached version of the error.
    3. Check Dashboard Functionality: Once the plugin is deactivated and caching is cleared, check to see if the dashboard functionality is restored.
    4. Update Plugins and Themes: If you regain access to your dashboard, update all plugins and themes to their latest versions, as this might fix potential incompatibilities.
    5. Reactivate Plugins One by One: Reactivate the Google Listings and Ads plugin last, and check if the error reappears. If it does, there might be a compatibility issue that needs to be addressed by the plugin developers.

I hope this helps you get your dashboard back to normal. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Hey @luke1990,

Do you have updates about that, or do you need more assistance on this? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
