Invalid item ID with my plugin

Hello,
My plugin located at the link below launches a modal that should look like this:
However, with your plugin installed, I get:
“Something went wrong.
Invalid item ID.”The URL that gets launched looks like this:
Any ideas why the conflict is occurring? Here’s my plugin:
