    Thank you for showing interest in our plugin.

    Yes it is a known issue with some installations and we are still looking into it. Can you please drop us an email on [email protected] so we can send you an interim build that will help us troubleshoot this issue?

    In the meantime a quick question; is this the first time you installed the plugin or is it an upgrade? If it is an upgrade I presume before it used to work, correct?

    Hi Damon,

    In the meantime we prepared a “debug” build for you which you can download from here.

    This version will log down all the IP addresses that are failing the validation check (i.e. the source of the problem) to a log file debug.log in the wp-content directory. This will help us identify what is triggering this issue.

    Once you have a log file with all the data zip it up and please send it to us via email on [email protected] so we can see what is happening.
