    Hello,

    My form doesn’t work — when you fill it out and press ‘SUBMIT’ it displays an error of:

    Invalid interest ID: ‘0’

    I have checked to make sure that all required fields are being sent through, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

    Thanks you for any assistance you may be able to provide on this issue!

    (I have e-mail updates enabled, so I won’t be going MIA like the couple other people that posted here with the same issue.)

    Hello @magius72,

    This means there’s something wrong with the interest group data being send to MailChimp. Does your form have interest groups?

    Regardless, there are a few different things to check.

    1. In many instances, deleting the current form, clearing your API cache, and then re-creating the form will fix this issue.

    2. In some instances, the issue is resolved by changing your interest group submission settings from “Replacing” to “Updating” (or vice versa).

    3. If options 1 and 2 don’t work, please verify that your interest groups settings are correct in MailChimp.com (e.g. that you’re not requiring interest groups when the WordPress form is not including them).
