?? hello again @lotusfeetshoes
While trying to browse the product page at https://www.lotusfeet.store/shop/lotusfeet-serenity-walk-women-chappal-long-lasting-brown-footwear-0806/, I noticed the page took a very long time to load on my end.
Therefore, I went ahead with testing it with Google’s PageSpeed Insights. Linked here are the results. It appears that it is loading really slow, and this can be resulting in the issues reported in Google’s Merchant Center with images.
Moving forward, you might need a new host to meet the WooCommerce server recommendations; resulting in a performant e-commerce site.?Feel free to check out our hosting partners here?or?dedicated WordPress web hosts listed here.
Ensure the image is accessible and uses an accepted image format (JPEG, PNG, GIF)
As Google provides links with further information and actions to take, in remedying such issues, it is best to make sure compliance is met with the requirements. Moreover, feel free to reach out to their support channel, for further details.
I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hello lotusfeetshoes
Thank you for your reply.
This issue appears to be related to the images uploaded into the Media Library. The error 403 can occur due to multiple reasons such as file permissions, corrupt image files, and failed uploads.
One way to fix this issue is by going to the Media Library and finding the images that are showing 403 errors.
After finding the image, delete the file and re-upload the image.
Then update the product as well to show the newly uploaded image. Please note that this is not a WooCommerce issue but I will be happy to help you resolve it.
Let me know about your findings in the Media Library. ??
Best regards.
Hi @doublezed2,
I just did updated my product images and uploaded the new one also but it still shows the same is there any other solution with the Forbidden 403 (image link not working). I had open and support ticket and the same was updated that the error forbidden 403 need to be fixed due to which the system is not able to crawl the image.
.Please help to resolve the issue.
Hi @lotusfeetshoes,
Could you try accessing the image directly? Do you encounter any forbidden errors when you do? Do you have any security plugins installed? If you do, consider temporarily disabling them or any rules related to file or image access or linking.
Could you provide us with a copy of the following:
- System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
- Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs → Google Listings & Ads.
You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here.
Meanwhile, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting your account to see whether it resolves the issue or not:
- Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
- Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
- Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
- Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack
Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.
Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
- WooCommerce transients – Clear
- Expired transients – Clear
- Clear template cache – Clear
- Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
- Clear customer sessions -Clear
- Product lookup tables – Regenerate
- Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
