Invalid header marker

    Hello, I keep getting this error when I’m performing an import in a SiteGround hosted website. We are not experiencing this in cpanel-hosted websites. Can you suggest how to fix this in Siteground. I already contacted the SiteGround about this but they said that we should contact the plugin developer. Thank you.

    Hi @markyeoj ,

    Thanks for contacting Duplicator Support.

    I understand that you got the below error when you tried to import a package:
    Extraction failed: Invalid header marker wait 5 seconds and retry. second attempt

    Could you please make sure that you have enough space on your server for the import?

    You could also check the installer log for any errors and share them with me.
    You can get the installer log as follow:

    1. Run the installer.php file as far as possible until you run into an issue.
      <small>When running an Import Install just follow the wizard screens until you run into an issue.</small>
    2. Click on the installer-log.txt link in the upper right corner of the install wizard to open the install log screen.

    Note: please don’t share the log file here as it contains information about your website that shouldn’t be posted publicly.
