• Hello I try to activate the plugin for an alias email but it keeps giving me “Invalid from Address”.

    I have done this proccess many times in past (for another websites)

    This error usually occurs when the From email address is not added as an alias in the account you used for generating the client id and client secret. Please cross check and try to configure again.

    If the issue persists, share a screenshot of the configuration page in an email to support(AT)zohomail(DOT)com for further analysis.

    I have the same issue. Get the error message “Invalid From Address.”

    In general, the “Invalid From Address” error message will be thrown when the email account for which the Client ID and Client Secret generated differs from the From Address that has been provided on the plugin configuration page.

    So, please make sure to enter the From Address as the same for which you are generating the Client ID and Secret.

    If the issue persists, share a screenshot of the configuration page in an email to support(AT)zohomail(DOT)com for further analysis.

    Encountered the same issue, reinstalled the plugin & it works now.
