Invalid Form ID

I have a custom image upload field on user profiles for Company Logo, and this has started returning an error of “Invalid Form ID”.

When looking at the code I can see this is related to no post object of Form ID, the form is pulling the fields onto a custom profile tab, one guess would be that it is saving the data through ajax and the rest of the fields are saved on update.
