invalid file – template import

    Hello,

    Unfortunately I can’t import my template. every time the error invalid file comes up. How to fix the problem ?

    all plugins and wordperess are on the latest version.

    unfiltered file upload is enabled

    As a test, I deactivated all other plugins and changed the theme to a standard theme, unfortunately it didn’t help.
