Invalid file stream problem with Hungred Image Fit 0.7.2 update

After the latest update (0.7.2) the whole site doesn’t work anymore, showing this error.

Invalid file stream.

I can’t access php.ini to fix the URL file-access, so is there anyway to fix this. Hungred Image Fit worked perfectly before.
