Invalid File ID or File Name

WP-DLM v 1.68.4I added a new PDF download and need to use the direct link. I tried https://pacesp.com/download/17/ and got “Invalid File ID or File Name”.
I have verified the download ID and reset the pretty permalink using the “Post Name” setting (ex. https://pacesp.com/sample-post/).
What should I try next?
