    Hi,

    When testing the plugin with the Test Donation feature, I’m unable to submit the test donation – I alsways get the error message “invalid email”, while the email address is correct.

    I have tested this scenario with
    – plugins deactivated,
    – using another theme
    but anything I try the issue persists.

    And strangely it only happens when I’m logged in – in a logged-out status I can submit the test donation without any problem.

    We were having the same problem. Cleared our cache & the Give Cache separately and everything is working now. You can find the Give Cache under Settings.

    HI there,

    Thanks for reporting this. We were able to recreate the issue and created this issue to address it immediately. We already have a hotfix but we’ll be testing that thoroughly before we push the next release live

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for the quick answer – I have tested the hotfix and it seems working fine, I could finally use the Test Donation feature without any issue.
