Hi, I love your plugin, thank you so much! I have a strange issue I was hoping you could assist me with pretty please.

I have a Gravity Form that a customer fills in and uses their email (‘customer email’) and that email goes to the member’s email that they visited (‘member email’)

    I have two notifications:
    1) Customer email – thank you for filling in form
    2) Member email – full details of the form (yet it has a reply to address as the customer email address).

This has been working fine for years however.. I’ve recently noticed IF the customer enters a wrong email (e.g [email protected]) then NEITHER notification will go out. However if they enter a miss-typed email such as [email protected] then it still gets sent to the Member, just bounces from the customer email.
–> So it’s something to do with @hotmail.coN that triggers this issue.

Any ideas how I can get at least the Member Email to send to the member? Regardless of if the customer email is wrong. It’s odd it is dependent on the customer email.

Would love any advice please ??

Also, I should note that if the customer enters:
[email protected] then it still sends the member email and tries the customer email… so it’s when the customer enters .CON that it doesn’t seem to work ??

Thanks so much for replying yehudah.
Yaye that worked! (disable email validation)

FYI I tested and tested and found it was because the Members email notification (Gravity forms) had the Customer’s .con email as the ‘reply to’ email address. Also as soon as I removed the Members email notification from having the customer’s reply to email address then it worked too.

However now keeping the customer’s .con email as the reply to (better for our efficiency) and ticking your disable email validation, it works! Hooray.

Thanks again for such an awesome plugin and also for such superb support!

yehudah It’s really amazing what you do with this plugin and also your stellar support. I appreciate it must take a lot of your time and I’m very grateful! (as I’m sure are 100,000+ users/fans !!!)

I tried to send something to say thanks. I tried the amazon link on your website but it looked like it was trying to send one of the books you selected to me and the Paypal link came up invalid. Can you let me know how I can send you something to say thanks?

    ??

    Happy to hear ??

Feel free to leave positive review, it worth a lot too ??

Done and Done (I tried the donation/amazon link originally on your site then saw you had one on the actual plugin on my site too so I’ve now used that one).

    Thanks again ??

@dandydahlia you are amazing, I really appreciate everything you did.
