Invalid email address error when attempting to log into admin

I’m attempting to log into the admin area of my self hosted (through siteground) wordpress site for first time, and I’m getting an invalid email message. My www.remarpro.com account shows the correct email address, so I’m not sure what my next step is. Thank you!
