Invalid Displayed Gallery

If I add the gallery on a page it gives me the “Invalid Displayed Gallery” (text code: <img class=”ngg_displayed_gallery mceItem” alt=”” src=”https://reikihome.org/index.php/nextgen-attach_to_post/preview/id–3399″ />)
and if I added to a Blog post only the first picture works and the others it tells me I do not have permission to view. Am I doing something wrong?
