Hi! I have a problem importing orders.
It says Invalid date format. I copied the date format on your sample csv and yet I am having this error. Did I miss something?

    Hi @logicbasebalili,

We are able to import orders successfully in our test environment using the date formats DD-MM-YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, and YYYY-MM-DD. Please make sure that you use any of these date formats in your CSV file.

If the issue still persists then please share with us your importing CSV file so that we can check it. You may please share it with us by uploading to Google Drive or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.

Hi @webtoffee I am having the same issue. I have exported from live and trying to import straight onto my test and getting Skipped. Invalid date format

I have not edited or touched the file for it to be invalid. This is how it looks:

    Thanks

Exactly the same issue than @craigshort for me, and same format (exported with your plugin), so i follow the subject ??

Yeah, i just found the solution : you need to change the dd/mm/aaaa for aaaa-mm-dd and it works !
I hope it helps, and that your list is not too long… ??

@leocadie I’m having this issue too, when you say you need to change the date format, are you talking changing the format in Site A and Site B to Y-m-d? Sorry man, I really want to get this working but your comment is a little odd as in I’m not sure where we’re needing to change, or if aaaa-mm-dd is in fact Y-m-d in WordPress terms… any and all help is appreciated!

@tonka28 I already found a fix on this. On my end, I need to change my date format to dd-mm-yyyy h:mm:ss

@logicbasebalili yeah, I understand that date formats need to change, but what I’m asking is:

    • Site A needs to be set to d-m-Y (WordPress syntax)
    • Then process the order export
    • Site B is then set to d-m-Y
    • Then process the order import without failure
    • Is that explanation correct?

    Hi @tonka28,

The plugin supports the date format yyyy/mm/dd, dd-mm-yyyy, yyyy-mm-dd, and mm/dd/yyyy. Please make sure that the date format used in the importing CSV file is any of the mentioned formats for a successful import.

    @webtoffee yeah, I got it and gave you a 5-star ??
