Invalid date format

  • Hello,

    my client is owner of the mentioned website that I have built based on a template and using contact form 7.

    Some of his customers reported that there is an error in the form at https://www.zollpackhof.de/anfrage/ when entering the date.

    We have asked one of the customers for a screenshot. He tried to enter 17:15 (which is 5.30 pm). Error is: Invalid date format. We cannot reproduce the error as we don’t get it – for my client as well as for me it is no problem to enter 17:15 and send the form successfully.

    I would like to attach the screenshot here but there is no option.

    Can you help? Is it probably because of German? Field is: <div class=”form_half”><label> Datum der Veranstaltung * [date* Datum] </label></div>

  • I’m having the same problem on one of my clients sites. Also can’t reproduce the error, but did get a few complaints of people reporting the error.
