    Hi there,
i have a problem with invalid date in plugin after update. It makes no reservations. I cant let it unfunctional, so i allways need to downgrade (after downgrade to version 2.0.8 it works fine).

I have staff with regular services and regular open hours.

By “Default” template it shows allways invalid date in last step after submitting and it makes no booking in database.

By “Step by step” template it looks fine, it shows regular dates, it confirms the appointment, but it also makes no reservation (booking) in database.

Screenshots from the whole process and setings are here: https://drzajn.com/bookit/screenshots.rar

Could you help me please? Tank you!

  • Hello @vegisk

    Thank you for reaching out!

I checked this issue in our testing environment, with the latest version of the plugin (2.2.5) (Screenshot 1).

In the setting of the plugin, I choose the default style (Screenshot 2).

Then, checked all appointments before creating a new one from the frontend (Screenshot 3)

Then made a new appointment (Screenshot 4, Screenshot 5), at the end date was displayed correctly (Screenshot 6). Furthermore, it is recorded in the database (Screenshot 7).

Please, recheck this issue, by disabling third-party plugins and activating the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help you to understand what exactly is causing the conflict.

    Kind regards
