Hi @prajapat1432rahul, I have tested this card on our testing environment and have confirmed it is working.

Please note this card is specifically used for 3D Secure payments – please check that you are on the latest version of the plugin and have 3DS enabled.

    Thanks

I’m also having this problem, in the debug logs it says:

    2020-11-07T07:16:35+00:00 ERROR Invalid credentials provided
    2020-11-07T07:16:35+00:00 ERROR Invalid credentials provided
2020-11-07T07:16:35+00:00 ERROR The first line of the billing address was not sent to the bank.
2020-11-07T07:16:35+00:00 ERROR The postcode of the billing address was not sent to the bank.
2020-11-07T07:16:35+00:00 ERROR The security code entered was not sent to the bank.

Despite all details being filled in.

I did some digging into this, and the Invalid Credentials provided error is down to the email/password being sent through to Trust Payments – in my case the details were correct but the account in question didn’t have the correct permissions assigned so transactions couldn’t be made.

I think it’ll be worth updating this plugin with a note to say that the account needs to have at minimum the Web Services permissions.

@twentyeighty Where to look for the permission in the account? Please share some info with us. I am facing the same problem.

    Thanks
    Shahi

@khandakershahi – The permissions are based on your User Role that you are using to connect to Trust Payments: https://docs.trustpayments.com/document/myst/users/user-roles/
